The increasing demands of foundry customers in regard to workpiece surface quality and cleanliness necessitate continuously adapting systems technology. Amongst others, this includes space-saving measures, increasing throughput and increasingly higher degree of automation featuring integrated parts logistics. The processing system is supplemented with infeed belts, washing stations, dryers and complete encasing to reduce noise, and is thus a fully automated processing facility.

To meet these demands, so-called throughput systems are being increasingly implemented, particularly in the light metal die cast industry. They are based on the principle of vibratory slide grinding and enable processing workpieces in cycles.
