The effluents of surface finishing installations contain abrasive particles from parts and media as well as other pollutants that were introduced. Depending on the type and concentration of these substances, statutory regulations and the sense of responsibility with regard to the environment demand that this processing liquid be cleaned. SPALECK recycling plants make a virtue out of a necessity. By extracting the solid particles, the surface finishing processing liquid can be reused over and over again. This way, a maximum re-circulation of the water and compound solution is possible. Only small quantities, as well as the insignificant liquid losses from evaporation and carry-out on the parts have to be compensated for.
